Harris to Open Lewistown Office Five Days a Week

Rep. Harris recently extended the office hours for his district office in Lewistown, which will now be open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Harris is pictured with the staff of the Lewistown office, Sue Burkholder and Nick Soccio. In addition to the Lewistown location, Harris also has offices in Mifflintown and Middleburg. Any of Harris’s office can assist residents of the 82nd District with state-related matters, including birth certificates, PennDOT paperwork, legislative concerns and Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications.

Rep. Adam Harris (R-Juniata/Mifflin/Snyder) announced that his Lewistown district office will now be open five days a week to better serve the people of Mifflin County. The Lewistown district office will now be open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Lewistown district office is located at 3 Monument Square, Suite 301 in Lewistown. Constituents are encouraged to visit Harris’s district offices for PennDOT issues, birth certificate applications, Property Tax/Rent Rebate forms, questions regarding legislation and any other issues involving state government.
In addition, Harris announced the hiring of Nick Soccio as district constituent outreach specialist. Soccio, a lifelong resident of Mifflin County, will be based in the Lewistown district office, along with longtime legislative assistant, Sue Burkholder. In addition, Soccio will travel throughout the 82nd District in order to enhance constituents’ access to state government. Soccio will receive his Bachelor of Science degree in sociology, with a minor in political science, in May 2010 from The Pennsylvania State University.
“Nick will be a tremendous asset to my staff, and I look forward to him being a vital resource to the citizens of Mifflin County and the entire 82nd Legislative District,” said Harris.
